Logichainge Data Quality gives logistics software providers an API-based processing layer for incoming logistics data. The core integration only needs to be built once. Your software defines the structure it expects, while individual customers can use Client Setup to apply their own sender-specific defaults, allowed values, addresses and processing requirements without requiring a new software integration for every customer.

Add data processing and data quality to your software

Logistics software increasingly needs to handle information that originates outside the software itself. Customers receive orders through email, documents, spreadsheets, EDI, portals and APIs, often with different formats and different levels of data quality.

Instead of building separate extraction, validation, enrichment and standardisation functionality into the TMS, WMS or ERP, software providers can use Logichainge as an external processing layer. Data is sent to LDQ through an API, processed according to the configured workflow and returned in the structure expected by the software.

This allows the software provider to add advanced logistics automation while keeping its own product focused on the operational functions it already performs well.

Integrate Logichainge once, configure customers separately

The integration between your software and Logichainge does not need to be rebuilt for every customer. The software provider connects its platform to LDQ through the API and defines the common data structure, required fields and Dictionaries needed to translate Logichainge output into the values expected by the TMS, WMS or ERP.

Once that foundation is in place, individual customers can (but are not required to) configure their own Client Setups. These can contain sender-specific defaults, allowed values, known addresses, confirmation recipients and sender permissions. The software integration remains the same while the processing behaviour can differ by customer and by the clients sending orders to them.

The software integration defines how LDQ communicates with the platform. Client Setup defines how individual customer order flows should behave.

Automate different documents, systems and logistics workflows

The same LDQ integration can support very different logistics workflows. Data can enter from documents, files, APIs, existing digital connections or other configured sources and be returned as structured information for the software provider's platform.

Depending on the input, LDQ can use AI-based Field Processing for variable documents or deterministic Template Processing for recurring Excel and CSV structures. Data can then be validated, enriched, standardised, checked against trusted addresses and adapted to the requirements of the receiving system.

This means the API integration does not need to be limited to one narrowly defined order-entry use case. The same processing layer can support different document types, data-quality requirements and automation workflows across a software provider's customer base.

Combine AI processing with deterministic workflows

Not every workflow needs AI. When a customer repeatedly supplies a known Excel or CSV structure, or an EDI input, LDQ Template Processing can use a predefined processing script that specifies exactly where every required value is located and how it must be mapped.

Because extraction and mapping are fully predefined, Template Processing provides 100% extraction and mapping accuracy according to the configured ruleset. This makes it particularly suitable for software providers that need predictable processing of recurring structured files.

Add functionality without opening up your customers' systems

Logichainge works as an external add-on rather than living inside the TMS, WMS or ERP environment. The software provider sends the data required for a specific workflow to LDQ and receives the processed result through the configured integration.

Logichainge does not require unrestricted access to the software provider's databases or to unrelated customer data. Only the information required for the configured processing flow needs to be exchanged. Data is protected through secure integrations, encryption and GDPR-compliant data handling under applicable European and Dutch requirements.
