A secure add-on to your existing systems—not a system with unrestricted access to your data.
Logichainge is designed to work alongside your existing TMS, ERP, WMS and other operational systems. It does not need to live inside those environments or receive unrestricted access to their underlying databases.
Only the information required for the configured Logichainge workflow is exchanged with the platform. That data is processed securely, protected through encryption and handled in accordance with GDPR and applicable European and Dutch data-protection legislation.
Designed to work alongside your existing systems
Logichainge acts as a processing layer between incoming logistics data and the systems your organisation already uses. It is designed to complement your existing infrastructure rather than become part of the underlying TMS, ERP or WMS environment.
This means Logichainge does not require general access to your internal databases, historical records or unrelated operational information. The platform processes the data that is deliberately supplied through the configured order flow and returns the resulting structured information through the agreed integration.
Your operational systems remain the system of record. Logichainge adds automation around them and only uses the data you tell it to use.
Only the data required for the workflow is processed
Using Logichainge does not require exposing an entire operational environment. The platform only needs access to the information and integration actions required for the configured workflow.
For example, an incoming transport order may be sent to Logichainge for processing and the resulting structured data may then be delivered to the customer's TMS. Logichainge does not need unrestricted access to all other orders, customers, invoices or operational records stored in that TMS. This allows you to stay in control of your own data and your data's safety.

Security is therefore not limited to the moment information enters or leaves the platform. The same principle applies while data is being processed, validated, enriched and prepared for delivery to connected systems.

The limited-access add-on architecture also helps minimise the amount of customer-system data that Logichainge needs to interact with in the first place.
