Logichainge Data Quality Template Processing automates logistics orders received in recurring Excel or CSV formats. Instead of using AI to interpret the file, Logichainge creates a dedicated processing script that defines exactly where the required information is located and how each value should be mapped to the customer's required output.
Because the structure and mapping are predefined, the same known template can be processed consistently every time without AI interpretation or manual data entry.
What is template processing?
Template Processing is a deterministic method for processing logistics orders that arrive in a known Excel or CSV structure. For each supported template, Logichainge creates a dedicated processing script that defines where the relevant information can be found and how it must be transformed into the required output.
When a file matching that template is received, the script reads the predefined locations and maps the values directly. No AI is used to interpret the document because the structure and processing requirements are already known.
How does Template Processing automate Excel and CSV orders?
Logichainge first analyses the recurring file structure and creates a processing script specifically for that template. The script contains the logic required to locate, read and map the relevant values into the format required by the LDQ customer's systems.
Once configured, every matching Excel or CSV order can follow the same deterministic processing route. The resulting data does not need to pass through Client Setup or Dictionaries afterwards, because the script already contains the required extraction, transformation and mapping logic.
Why use template processing instead of AI?
AI is valuable when incoming orders vary in structure and the system needs to interpret where information is located. But when a client repeatedly sends the same structured Excel or CSV format, there is no need to interpret the file from scratch every time.
Template Processing allows LDQ to use deterministic logic instead. The location and meaning of each required value are predefined, making the workflow especially suitable for recurring structured files with stable layouts.
This also provides 100% extraction and mapping accuracy according to the configured template rules, because the system does not need to infer where data is located or what a field represents.
